Verizon Sales Associate – Verizon Authorized Retailer, TCC

Community Involvement – Sales Associates support the TCC Gives program, including 16 paid volunteer hours per year and opportunities for grant requests, quarterly initiatives, and food drives.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a passionate customer advocate, assist, advise, and educate customers on wireless products and services.
  • Drive sales and maintain high customer satisfaction, focusing on value for all customers.
  • Conduct customer calls to provide product and service information.
  • Perform operational procedures including store opening and closing responsibilities.
  • Balance exceptional customer experience with performance goals.
  • Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
  • Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants, and more.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work guaranteed full‑time hours and a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work in multiple locations.
  • Frequently standing, and ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods; lift 10 lbs as needed.
  • Travel up to 10% as required by the business.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
