Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
Status: Full-Time (FT)
Shifts: Day or Night (12-hour shifts)
Night Shift Differential: $1.50/hour
Pay Range: Up to $35.00/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (Full-Time) stipulations apply

• Complete documentation and charting

• Supervise and support direct care staff

• Coordinate nursing services during shifts

• Communicate with residents, families, and staff

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

• Participate in facility inspections and surveys

• Active, unencumbered LPN or RN license in Arkansas

• Familiarity with long-term care regulations and nursing practices

• EMR experience preferred

• Strong attention to documentation and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
