Job Description:

A recycling company in Searcy, AR is seeking a dependable Crane Operator to join our team. This position is full-time and operates on a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in an industrial recycling environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate crane equipment to move and sort recyclable materials

Load and unload materials safely and efficiently

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Clean background

Must pass a drug test

Dependable with reliable transportation

Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)

Previous crane or heavy equipment experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting pay: $16.25/hour
