Position: Crisis Response Specialist - Searcy - Full Time

Overview

Arisa Health in Searcy is seeking candidates to fill a Crisis Response Specialist position. This person will be responsible for answering calls at our centralized call center in a positive and timely manner. Candidates must have positive, supportive phone etiquette and be able to provide timely referrals to internal and external sources. Prompt response to clients and referral sources is required in this position.

Responsibilities
  • Answer calls at the centralized call center in a positive and timely manner.
  • Provide timely referrals to internal and external sources.
  • Respond promptly to clients and referral sources.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred but not required.
Work Hours

Full time:
Sunday 8a-4p;
Mon - Thurs 12p-8p
