Dental Hygienist

Neaville Family Dentistry is seeking a caring, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our friendly, patient-centered dental team in Searcy, Arkansas. Our practice is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages in a welcoming and supportive environment.

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and preventive treatments
• Perform patient assessments, periodontal charting, and oral cancer screenings
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care techniques
• Take diagnostic digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team to support treatment planning
• Support patients undergoing general and implant-related treatment through education and continuity of care
• Maintain infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols
• Create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient

• Active Arkansas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical hygiene skills and attention to detail
• Friendly, compassionate chairside manner
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with digital charting and radiography preferred
