Service Technician

WCTractor is a well-established equipment dealership with 14 locations across Texas. We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Agricultural Service Technicians to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in agricultural equipment diagnostics and repair, especially those with New Holland certifications or significant experience with similar equipment.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on agricultural and light construction equipment, both in the shop and in the field

* Accurately complete work orders, reports, and documentation

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge on all equipment models and service guidelines

* Participate in ongoing technical training and development opportunities

* Follow all safety standards and maintain a clean, professional work environment

* Deliver excellent service and support to our customers
