Position: Residential Comfort Advisor (HVAC Sales)

Overview

BVS Home Experts – Sealy, TX / Katy, TX / West Houston. This is not a starter sales job. BVS Home Experts has proudly served Texas homeowners for more than 40 years. We are growing and looking for serious in-home sales professionals who want to build a real income and long-term career. This is a high-performance, commission-driven role for closers who want to win.

If you need hourly pay or a guaranteed base salary, this is not the position for you. If you are confident, coachable, competitive, and ready to earn at a high level – keep reading.

Compensation
  • Commission-Only Structure

  • Paid Training Ramp (startup period may vary up to 4 weeks)

During your structured startup training (up to 4 weeks), you will complete:

  • Ride-alongs
  • Sales process training
  • Product and technical HVAC training
  • Financing presentation training
  • CRM training
  • Field evaluations

We do not throw you into homes unprepared. Once you graduate training, performance standards apply.

What You Will Do
  • Run qualified, pre-set company appointments
  • Generate referrals and self-sourced opportunities
  • Present HVAC and IAQ replacement solutions professionally
  • Follow a proven in-home sales process
  • Ask confidently for the business
  • Present financing options clearly
  • Maintain follow-up discipline
  • Deliver outstanding customer service

  • Evening and Saturday availability

Qualifications
  • 2+ years in-home sales preferred (HVAC, windows, roofing, remodeling, solar, or similar)
  • Strong closing ability
  • Competitive drive
  • Professional communication skills
  • Valid driver s license
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background check
