** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production.
* Perform routine inspections and identify opportunities to improve equipment performance.
* Maintain clean, organized work areas and support housekeeping standards.
* Assist with basic maintenance tasks and collaborate with maintenance teams as needed.
* Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture.
