• Operate dozer equipment to move, grade, and shape materials safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Support production goals by maintaining proper material flow and site organization.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety-first culture.
• Assist with additional site tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

• Ability to operate or learn to operate dozer equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong situational awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to adapt to changing site conditions and operational needs.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment and to climb on and off machinery safely.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials or tools as part of daily tasks.
• Capacity to work on uneven terrain, perform repetitive motions, and maintain balance and coordination in jobsite conditions.

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• Starting Pay $23.29 per hour DOE
