Night Shift Dozer Operator

** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Operate dozer equipment to move, grade, and shape materials safely and efficiently.
* Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
* Support production goals by maintaining proper material flow and site organization.
* Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety-first culture.
* Assist with additional site tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

** Physical Demands
*** Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment and to climb on and off machinery safely.
* Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials or tools as part of daily tasks.
* Capacity to work on uneven terrain, perform repetitive motions, and maintain balance and coordination inactive jobsite conditions.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
