** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Perform general labor tasks to support plant operations and material handling.
* Assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance support, and housekeeping duties.
* Monitor and report equipment or safety concerns promptly.
* Operate or learn to operate various tools and machinery safely.
* Support production teams with tasks that ensure efficient and continuous operation.

** Physical Demands
*** Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials or equipment as part of daily tasks.
* Capability to work on uneven surfaces, perform repetitive motions, and maintain balance and coordination inactive plant environments.
* Capacity to handle physically demanding tasks that may involve carrying tools, shoveling, or working in varied weather conditions.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
