** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production.
* Perform routine inspections and identify opportunities to improve equipment performance.
* Maintain clean, organized work areas and support housekeeping standards.
* Assist with basic maintenance tasks and collaborate with maintenance teams as needed.
* Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture.

** Physical Demands
*** Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials or equipment as part of daily duties.
* Capability to work in physically active roles that may include repetitive motions, working at heights, and navigating uneven surfaces.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
