Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Manager, based in Sealy, TX. The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing daily service department operations, including managing repairs and maintenance of agricultural equipment. The role involves supervising service team members, ensuring outstanding customer service, maintaining safety and quality standards, and optimizing department performance. Additional duties include coordinating with parts and sales teams, managing service schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Proficiency in managing service operations, scheduling, and repair processes
- Experience in team leadership, staff supervision, and performance management
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Technical knowledge of agricultural equipment and machinery maintenance
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in an on-site environment in Sealy, TX
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred
- Understanding of business operations such as budgets and reporting is a plus
