We are currently hiring for both Maintenance Lead and Maintenance Tech for a 5 year old property with 196 units.
Duties include ensuring the operational functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal of residential units and common areas. Key responsibilities include repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, conducting routine inspections, prepping vacant units ("make-readies") for new residents, and responding to emergency work orders. Both positions require on‑call availability.
