RESPONSIBILITIES:- Make Service Appointments, listen to Customer needs, give customers choices and direction, get their commitment, and make sure they are taken care of
- Go above and beyond to help our Service customers
- Meet every customer with sincerity, enthusiasm, and a smile
- Everything you do is based on ethics. Protect the customer, your team, and the community, through character based behavior.
- Build great relationships with our customers, technicians, and parts. Stay close to them through updates in a timely manner.
- Up-sell service opportunities with clarity, and integrity. We only offer customers what they honestly need

- Follow Service processes and look for opportunities to go beyond when helping others
- Oversee flow of Drive Lane.
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow you to leave a positive impression with the customer
- Provide concierge support and follow up on all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person
- Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers and distributes work between technicians efficiently
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction and quality control.
- Work in a highly active (busy) environment
- Automotive service advisor experience.
- Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions.
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
