Location: Seal Beach, CA or Seattle, WA
Pay Range: $150,000-$220,000
Role HighlightsAs a key member of the Medical Affairs leadership team, you’ll guide the U.S. Medical Science Liaison (MSL) group as a player‑coach, providing national leadership while actively engaging with Key Opinion Leaders in oncology, urology, and immuno‑oncology throughout the Western U.S. You’ll ensure scientific and compliance excellence, drive operational improvements, and foster cross‑functional collaboration in support of innovative immunotherapies for prostate cancer.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop the MSL team for excellence in scientific engagement and compliance
- Engage KOLs, deliver scientific information, and communicate field insights in the Western U.S. region
- Serve on the Medical Affairs leadership team, shaping strategy and resource planning
- Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams
- Support investigator‑initiated trials and internal scientific training
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Drive operational improvements through analytics and digital tools
- On‑site role with up to 60% travel (domestic), including occasional overnight/weekend stays
- Advanced clinical/scientific degree (Pharm
D, PhD, MD, DO, or equivalent) - Associate Director: 10+ yrs pharma/biotech/life sciences experience, 5+ yrs as an MSL, 3+ yrs in a leadership role
- Manager: 5+ yrs pharma/biotech/life sciences experience, 3+ yrs as an MSL, 1+ yr in leadership
- Strong scientific credibility in oncology or immuno‑oncology, strategic thinking, organizational leadership
- Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills
- Cellular therapy or immunotherapy experience (prostate cancer preferred) li>Relationships with oncology/urology KOLs
- Familiarity with eQMS, CRM, and field insight management platforms
