Boeing Commercial Airplanes Customer Support is seeking a 737 Fleet Chief Office Integration Manager (Level K) to join the 737 Fleet Chief Office, located in Seal Beach, California
.

As a manager, your primary focus will be to integrate cross‑functional teams to evaluate program safety, execute service‑related problem projects, and manage as well as integrate airplane performance, reliability, and maintainability data and teams to support the 737 Fleet—ultimately creating value for our customers.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manages employees performing activities within multiple (2 or more) Engineering disciplines.
  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Structures, Aerospace, or Aeronautical).
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering roles within the aerospace or aviation industry.
  • 1+ years of experience in leading or managing engineering team.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
  • Experience specifically with Boeing 737 fleet or commercial airplane support programs.
  • Familiarity with safety evaluation and service‑related problem resolution in aerospace programs.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and technical management of external partners.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex, multi‑disciplinary projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in developing and motivating employees.
  • Ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team environment.

Summary pay range: $147,050 - $198,950
