Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:00am – 4:00pm
(Some flexibility may be required for weekends and/or overtime to support operational needs.)
Job Description:
As a Facilities Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the site, ensuring all facilities, grounds, and operational areas are kept safe, functional, and well-presented.
Responsibilities will include:
* Site and grounds maintenance
* Garden and outdoor upkeep
* Maintenance of office and operational areas
* Compounds and HVAC support
* Solar panel maintenance
* Painting and decorating (offices and operational areas)
* Basic plumbing works
* Basic electrical maintenance (lighting and sockets)
* Yard repairs
* Floor repairs
Duties may vary in line with operational requirements, provided they remain appropriate to the role.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous facilities or maintenance experience is essential
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and alongside external contractors
* Proactive and self-motivated
* Ability to follow instructions clearly
* Comfortable working at heights
* Committed to maintaining a safe working environment
