Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Shift Supervisor to join a dynamic and growing organisation in the food manufacturing sector.

Shifts:

06:30-14:30, 14:30-22:30

In this pivotal leadership role, you'll oversee day-to-day production activities, driving performance while maintaining a positive, inclusive, and safety‑focused environment. Your hands-on approach will ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and teamwork across the shift.

• Supervise all manufacturing activities, ensuring strong performance across production lines.
• Monitor and manage key KPIs including output, downtime, waste, and labour utilisation.
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP, BRCGS, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
• Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team, promoting respect, engagement, and well-being.

• Proven experience in production supervision within a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production operations, OEE, quality systems, and H&S compliance.
• Confident communicator with strong leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• IT literate, ideally with experience in Excel and production systems.
