Security Officer - Flex Perimeter Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff and shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances and exits, parking areas, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and/or potential hazards;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with disturbances, medical calls, and/or fire alarms per post orders;
Help deter theft and/or disorder by maintaining a visible presence, observing shopper behavior, and promptly reporting suspicious activity to store leadership and/or local law enforcement when appropriate;
Complete required reports and logs, document incidents and patrol findings, and communicate security-related information to supervisors and site contacts
