Compensation & Incentives

• Hourly Rate: $30 – $52 (commensurate with experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) provides high-quality nursing care to emergency and trauma patients in a fast-paced clinical environment. This role supports critical programs including Stroke, AMI, Trauma
, and Adult & Pediatric Mental Health Evaluations
.

The ER RN develops, implements, and evaluates individualized patient care plans using the nursing process and ANA standards. The nurse serves as a patient advocate, delivers education to patients and families, and demonstrates strong clinical and technical competencies in emergency nursing procedures.

• Deliver direct nursing care to emergency and trauma patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Act as a patient advocate and provide emotional support
• Safely administer medications and operate clinical equipment
• Educate patients and families on self-care and discharge needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in high-acuity settings

• Active RN license (Maryland or Compact License required)
• License must be in the state of permanent residency
• BLS (AHA required)
• PALS & ACLS required within 6 months of hire
• Must be seeking a direct-hire opportunity
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship required)
