• Collaborate closely with the Production Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist in maintaining and managing department budgets
• Order, receive, and track parts inventory in line with company standards
• Inspect and ensure proper inventory management, deliveries, and organization of parts
• Perform other duties as required by management

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in industry‑related software
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and math skills
• Detail‑oriented and able to multitask efficiently
• Previous experience in Parts or Inventory Control is a plus
• Problem‑solving abilities and a proactive attitude
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
