Key Responsibilities- Train, develop, and inspire a high‑performing sales team
- Create and execute successful sales strategies
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction throughout the purchase process
- Handle all deal paperwork and data in compliance with Hertrich standards
- Maximize profitability on every deal
- Provide backup support for the Finance Manager as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales or finance management (or a combination of both)
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Results‑driven with a high‑energy, self‑motivated approach
- Experience in used‑car buying/appraising (plus)
- Auto manufacturer master sales/management certifications (plus)
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus
