As a Contracts Administration Intern, you’ll play a key role in organizing, reviewing, and maintaining a large portfolio of contractual documents accumulated over multiple years. You’ll help ensure agreements are accurately categorized, easily retrievable, and actively monitored for expiration, renewal, and document‑retention requirements. Along the way, you’ll gain practical exposure to how contracts support compliance, risk mitigation, and day‑to‑day operations across the company.

You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders across legal, finance, operations, and administrative teams while supporting proactive contract lifecycle management. This role offers meaningful, hands‑on experience with commercial and transportation‑related agreements and provides valuable insight into how effective contract administration contributes to business continuity and risk management.
