Spherion - - Responsibilities:
Incoming Logistics:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips;
Outgoing Logistics:
Prepare items for shipment, including picking, packing, labeling, and staging for carrier pickup;
Documentation:
Generate Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, and shipping labels using software or internal ERP systems;
Inventory Control:
Conduct cycle counts and assist in maintaining an organized warehouse environment;
Equipment Operation:
Safely operate forklifts (sit-down/stand-up) and pallet jacks to move materials
