Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at W3 Luxury Living in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will manage day-to-day leasing activities. Responsibilities include showing apartment homes to prospective residents, maintaining resident satisfaction through retention efforts, processing lease agreements, and assisting in various aspects of lease administration. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for potential and current residents, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer service while representing the brand values of W3.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in leasing, lease administration, and related property management processes.
  • Strong background in resident retention and providing excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Experience in the use of property management software is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the luxury housing or real estate industry is desirable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field is advantageous.
