We’re looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver, ideally someone confident handling awkward or irregular pallets, to join a busy and fast‑paced operation in Scunthorpe. Key Responsibilities

Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
Handle awkward or oversized pallets with care and precision
Load and unload vehicles in a timely manner
Maintain a clean, organised working environment
Complete daily forklift safety checks
Follow all site health and safety procedures

Requirements

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
Proven experience operating a Counterbalance FLT
Confidence working with awkward or non‑standard pallets
Strong attention to detail and excellent safety awareness
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
