Senior Intervention Worker

• Walk alongside children and families, offering honest, strengths-based support
• Lead on Early Help plans and coordinate multi‑agency partners
• Bring people together at Family Solutions Meetings to create real change
• Deliver practical, solution‑focused interventions that make life better
• Coach and guide Intervention Workers and shape good practice across your locality

• A commitment to children, families, and our local communities
• Confidence working with families in challenging situations
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
• Knowledge of child development, family intervention and safeguarding
• A Level 4 qualification (or equivalent experience)
