Effluent Technician

Come and join us! We currently have a permanent opportunity for an Effluent Technician to join our team in Scunthorpe.

• This post is working a 4 on 4 off, 12 hour days and nights shift pattern
• The rate of pay is £17.55
• 20 days annual leave

As an Effluent Technician, you will:

• Build and maintain a good working knowledge of plant and equipment maintenance techniques
• Proactively identify, solve/report concerns
• Support TIER meetings to ensure the site team are informed of potential risks
• Work proactively to support traceability
• Generate parts requests when necessary
• Assess risks/hazardous conditions

As our ideal Effluent Technician, you will:

• Be able to liaise and communicate with all staff
• Understand Root Cause Analysis Techniques
• Be enthusiastic
• Have a knowledge of SIGMA/5S
• Hold a Forklift license
• Have basic Microsoft Office skills
• Have mechanical and fitter skills
