We have an exciting opportunity to work for a well established engineering company based in Scunthorpe.
Pay Rate: £16.00 - £20.00 depending on experience.
Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00am – 04:45pm;
Friday 08:00am – 04:45pm (phone number removed).
Work type: Ongoing work.

This is a great opportunity to work for a family‑run business that specialises in all aspects of engineering from CNC machining to conventional machinery, fabrication and welding.
TheJob Role:
- Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications and blueprints.
- Utilise power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment to perform tasks effectively.
- Work with sheet metal to create precise shapes and structures.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and efficiency in the fabrication process.
- Proven experience in plating and welding is essential.
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment is required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
- Previous experience with MIG & TIG is highly desirable.
- A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail is crucial for success.
- CCNSG (Certified Welding Supervisor) qualification.
- NVQ Level 3 Welding or Plating.
- Strong background in welder and fabrication.
