• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
• Provide rapid response to breakdowns when required.
• Fault find, troubleshoot and maintain, repair conveyor systems, equipment and plant using all engineering disciplines to ensure minimum production loss.
• Follow up any faults picked up on PPM's.
• Ensure engineering standards are maintained to maximize operation effectiveness and reliability.
• Assist specialist subcontractor's requirements for PPM and reactive works.
• Ensure company QA and site procedures are adhered to in all aspects.
• Ensure company & site, Health & Safety procedures are always followed.
• Keep and maintain all company-issued tools in a safe and serviceable manner.
• Proactively work towards the continued success and support of the business with a can-do attitude.
• Complete any other associated task requested by management.
• Ensure workstations are kept tidy and well maintained.

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in mechanical engineering and relevant experience in a busy manufacturing environment.
• Experience on compressed air and hydraulic systems an advantage.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
