Production Operative

About The Role

Location: Scunthorpe
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time (40 hours per week), 06:00-14:30 or 16:00-00:30
Salary: £12.90-£13.15 per hour

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our site in Scunthorpe. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading manufacturer and be part of a fast-paced, modern, and high-tech production environment. You will work as part of a warehouse or production team within a designated department (including Assembly, Goods In, MSU E-Picks, and Production), supporting the manufacturing of kitchen components, picking and packing stock, and the loading and dispatch of completed orders.

• Work as part of a warehouse team within a designated department (Assembly Lines, Goods-In and Production) to see through the manufacturing of kitchen components, picking and packing of stock and loading of complete orders
• Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding Health and Safety in the workplace
• Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge to effectively perform the role
• Project a image of Wren Kitchens and the department at all times
• Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the Manager or Supervisor

Desired skills & knowledge:

• Previous warehouse or production experience is an advantage but not essential
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Flexible, committed, and punctual
