NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED / FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

Previous experience working for a manufacturer would be great. But not essential as the company will provide full training and support. However, you will need an eye for detail, keen to learn on the job and be a great team player.

Multiple Immediate Start Positions Available

SALARY: £13.10 - £14.86 per hour (depending on experience) + Shift Allowance + Generous Benefits (see below)

LOCATION: Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire (DN15)

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 8 Hour Shifts / 3-shift rotations, between 06:00 until 14:00 (Mon-Sat), 22:00 until 06:00 (Mon-Fri) and 14:00 until 22:00 (Mon-Fri) – (Average 42.66 hours per week)

Overtime paid at x1.5 Weekdays & Saturdays & x2.0 Sundays and Bank Holidays

Plus Free drinks (3 per Shift) and Paid Breaks

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for either an experienced Production Operative / Manufacturing Machine Operator or a trainee willing to learn all elements of the role. Working as the Production Operative / Manufacturing Machine Operator you will join the team to help manufacture high quality corrugated board, which is distributed throughout the UK. As the Production Operative / Manufacturing Machine Operator you will operate a range of machinery (once fully trained) to ensure production schedules and quality standards are met.

• Operating various manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Following established procedures and quality standards
• Performing routine maintenance and inspections

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
