A leading healthcare provider in Scunthorpe is seeking a Specialist Palliative Care Macmillan Nurse to join their Acute Macmillan Specialist Palliative and End of Life Care Team. Ideal candidates will have a nursing degree, a passion for palliative care, and the ability to provide direct support to patients and their families. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and be involved in complex symptom management and advanced care planning.

This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills, with weekend work on a rota basis.
