GSL Education is currently seeking confident and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in Scunthorpe. This role is ideal for qualified teachers, ECTs, or experienced educators who enjoy flexibility while making a real impact in the classroom.

As a Supply Teacher, you will be stepping into different school environments, delivering pre-planned lessons and maintaining a positive and productive learning atmosphere.

• Deliver pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Maintain classroom discipline in line with school policies
• Engage students and ensure continuity of learning
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and expectations
• Provide feedback to departments on student progress and behaviour
• Support safeguarding and pastoral procedures

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or relevant teaching qualification
• Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
