Trainer/Assessor (Fixed Term until December 2026)
Are you passionate about developing future leaders and professionals in business support roles? DN Colleges Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Trainer/Assessor to deliver high-quality apprenticeship training in Leadership & Management, Business Administration, and Customer Service.
This is a varied and rewarding role that involves classroom delivery, workplace assessment, and close collaboration with employers to ensure apprentices achieve their full potential. You’ll be part of a supportive team committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning across the region.
This role is across Colleges, Doncaster and North Lindsey
Essential Criteria- Level 3 qualification in Business, Customer Service or Management.
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
- Experience in leadership, management, business administration and/or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Plan and deliver engaging training sessions to apprentices in college and workplace settings.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor apprentice progress.
- Liaise with employers to ensure training meets business needs and apprenticeship standards.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with funding and awarding body requirements.
- Support apprentices with guidance, motivation and progression planning.

Each new member of staff has an allocated Lead Practitioner who works closely with them throughout the programme.
Let’s BloomThe LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
