Responsibilities:

• Support class teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Provide one-to-one or small group academic support to pupils
• Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources
• Assist with assessments, marking, and progress tracking
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Gain first-hand experience in the day-to-day life of a teacher

Requirements:

• Must have completed a degree or currently be studying at university
• A strong interest in pursuing a career in education and teacher training
• Must live in the UK and have the right to work
• Confident, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
