• Teaching and supporting students with a range of special educational needs (SEN).
• Delivering engaging English lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Setting, marking and providing constructive feedback on assignments, homework, and assessments.
• Supporting pupils in gaining a strong command of spoken and written English, enabling them to communicate confidently and effectively.

• Passionate about working with students with SEND.
• Experienced – ideally with at least 2 years in a SEND environment or similar provision.
• Qualified – QTS/QTLS is essential.
• Committed to creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment.

This co-educational provision supports pupils aged 11–19 and offers a highly personalised education programme. The school is designed for students who have not thrived in mainstream settings and require a more therapeutic approach to learning. Many of our pupils have experienced trauma or have complex emotional and social difficulties.
