Customer Service Advisor

** Customer Service Advisor
** who's as passionate about great service as we are.
** The role involves regular manual handling and driving duties and therefore requires a full UK driving licence with entitlement to drive a 3.5-tonne van, along with the ability to carry out physical tasks safely.**- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible
- Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement
