Content Creator

Up to £40,800 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)

Location:

Manchester/Scunthorpe (hybrid working - typically two to three days per week spent across our Manchester and Scunthorpe offices, with at least one day each week based in Scunthorpe)

Co-op Wholesale is growing, and we're looking for people who want to help shape what comes next. As a Content Creator in our brand-new Customer Experience team, you'll design bold, visually engaging assets that tell our story and bring campaigns to life across multiple channels. From animations and motion graphics to photography and video, you'll use your creativity and design skills to make every piece of content stand out.

What you’ll do
  • Design and produce high-quality visual graphic designs that bring campaigns and our Wholesale brand to life
  • Create on‑brand assets tailored for different channels and events
  • Edit and adapt content into multiple formats to maximise reach and engagement
  • Interpret briefs from across the business, understanding objectives and contributing creative ideas
  • Manage multiple design projects and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Maintain an organised asset library, thinking about how content can be repurposed or adapted for future use
  • Capture photography and video content to support campaign activities, as required
What you’ll bring
  • Experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing creative, impactful work
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative suite (or similar tools)
  • The ability to operate camera and video equipment to capture content
  • The ability to work externally, building relationships with customers and senior partners
  • Experience interpreting briefs and managing multiple design projects at a time
  • The ability to design content that can be adapted across multiple channels
