RICS, MRICS or FRICS qualification Registered Valuer with RICS (or eligible) Post-qualification experience in buy-to-let, leasehold, and HMO (preferred but not essential) Your

Key Responsibilities Conduct lender and private valuation work, plus Level 2 surveys Apply detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology Maintain strong risk awareness within a regulated environment
