Field Sales Representative (B2B) – AI Business Solutions

Location: Pennsylvania, USA (Field Role)

We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to introduce our AI-powered business solution to local businesses across Pennsylvania.

This role focuses on visiting businesses such as clinics, dental offices, restaurants, hotels, and service providers to introduce our solution, identify opportunities, and schedule qualified demo meetings with decision-makers.

The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face sales, building relationships with local businesses, and working in a performance-driven environment.

• Visit assigned businesses daily within your designated territory
• Present our AI-powered business solution to business owners and managers
• Identify businesses with high inbound call volume that can benefit from automation
• Explain how the solution improves customer response, booking efficiency, and operational productivity
• Schedule qualified demo meetings with interested businesses
• Update visit outcomes and notes in the CRM system
• Meet daily and weekly activity and performance targets

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales, field sales, or B2B sales preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools or mobile reporting apps
• Must be based in Pennsylvania, USA

• Monthly Earnings Range: $2,000 – $5,000 USD + Commission
• Compensation may exceed this range depending on performance, experience, and sales results
• Additional incentives available for high-performing candidates
