Description of WorkYou will plan, implement, and evaluate consumer care based on nursing practice standards.
Work Schedule and Benefits- Full‑time employment.
- Salary:
Starting annual salary of $88,130.00 for new employment in Pennsylvania. - Benefits:
Pay increases, paid leave and holidays, opportunities for career advancement. - Shift
Schedule:
2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) and 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM). - Rotating days off; work weekends and holidays as assigned.
- Ongoing overtime as needed.

Not available for this position. - Retention Incentive:
Eligible for a $1,000 retention incentive if criteria met.
- Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
- Employees with an active temporary practice permit must obtain RN licensure within one year.
- PA residency requirement is waived for this title.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
- Recent graduates within 60 days of completing a state‑approved nursing program may apply.
- Position falls under the Older Adult Protective Services Act, requiring satisfactory criminal history reports (PA State Police and FBI clearance).
- Conditional offer will require a medical examination and drug screening.
