President and Chief Executive Officer

Overview

Aspen Leadership Group, a ZRG company, is proud to partner with Keystone Elk Country Alliance (KECA) to find a President & Chief Executive Officer. The role reports to the Board of Directors and will provide programmatic, operational, and fundraising leadership for the organization, which conserves Pennsylvania’s Elk Country.

• Lead programmatic, operational, and fundraising activities.
• Represent KECA as the primary spokesperson in community, legislative, partner, and agency engagements.
• Steward KECA’s supporters: 150 donors, 2,400 members, 300 volunteers.
• Guide the mission, ensuring future generations experience the elk herd and Elk Country.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of leadership managing staff, budgets, policies, and organizational strategy.
• Passion for conservation, education, and outdoors.
• Experience in advocacy, fundraising, and partnership development is desirable.

Salary range: $120,000 to $150,000. Comprehensive benefit package offered.
