WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas.

Cleaning includes- dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, common areas, offices, and other areas of the facility.

Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.

Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special cleaning projects.

Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needed repairs.

Follow all health and safety regulations.

Work in unison with staff members to ensure a clean and tidy facility.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Ability to work flexible hours.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Proven working experience as a cleaner

High School Diploma

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The job is performed indoors in a facility setting. Exposure to chemicals and laboratory agents is expected. Protective safety clothing, goggles, gloves, and/or facemasks are required as needed. Activities include extended periods of standing or bending and extensive work using cleaning equipment and machinery.
