What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Deliver high‑touch, white‑glove support to Amplify’s strategic accounts customers
  • Provide technical support to customers via calls, emails, and chat sessions across multiple platforms
  • Create and track support tickets, logging all contacts and categorizing issues
  • Manage a high volume of support tickets while maintaining quality and responsiveness
  • Collaborate with teammates and other departments to achieve issue resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience using Google Workspace tools
  • 1+ years of experience working in the customer service field
  • 1+ years of experience in educational technology
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Degree in Computer Information Technology or Education
  • Experience in an IT/Help Desk support environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Power School, Clever, Canvas, Infinite Campus, Schoology, or Amplify’s product line
  • Experience with the Jira platform
