Program Manager; Data Governance & Enablement

• Lead data risk and control coverage assessments for critical use cases and collaborate with Material Business Units (MBUs) to identify critical data elements (CDEs)
• Develop operational procedures and implement data and analytics governance controls, enhancing related metrics
• Direct the creation and delivery of data and analytics governance risk metrics
• Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure control expectations are understood and provide guidance on their development and implementation
• Support the expansion of data and analytics governance as the program evolves

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Risk Management, Business Management, Data Governance, Finance, or Management Information Systems, with at least 7-10 years of experience
• Strong experience with data risk and control assessment frameworks
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with data and analytics governance and the development and execution of controls
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in developing presentation materials and metrics reporting
• Strong command of Excel for tracking, documenting, and analyzing data
• DCAM certification and foundational knowledge of Archer GRC preferred
