Description Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Housekeeping Assistant to ensure our community is clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, families, and visitors. This role is responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of Residents' rooms and community common areas.
Requirements Education & Experience- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous housekeeping experience in health care or hospitality setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices, equipment, and cleaning agents.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Sound judgement and a strong ethical foundation in decision-making.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
