This is a field based position serving areas throughout Eastern PA, servicing Harrisburg, Lancaster, Wilkes Barre/Scranton, and Allentown.

We are looking for a talented individual… To join our team as a Commercial Energy Auditor! In this role, you’ll be an on‑site representative for small business and commercial customers, verifying project installations while providing troubleshooting support and solutions. You will support Account Managers in promoting energy efficiency upgrades.

• Perform energy verifications for small, less complex commercial buildings.
• Record inspection results and customer interactions to meet program standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues per customer specifications.
• Serve as an on‑site representative, encouraging program participation while overcoming barriers.
• Travel within a defined territory (company vehicle provided, no overnight travel).
• Monday‑Friday (no weekends).
• Will provide on‑the‑job training.

• 0‑1 year of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to work independently, self‑motivated.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Energy efficiency experience is a plus, but not required.

Important Notice:
This is a safety‑sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass pre‑employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record.

Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver’s license, and must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
