The RoleWe’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to be the frontline voice of Avigail Adam. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, and who genuinely enjoys helping customers feel seen, supported, and cared for.
You’ll manage customer conversations across multiple channels, resolve issues thoughtfully, and help maintain a consistent, elevated brand experience.
What You’ll Do- Respond to customer inquiries via email, Etsy, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Provide accurate, timely, and thoughtful responses regarding orders, shipping timelines, returns, exchanges, and product details
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining brand tone and professionalism
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues appropriately
- Maintain and improve response templates and macros
- Log issues, trends, and feedback to help improve systems and processes
- Collaborate with fulfillment, inventory, and e-commerce teams to resolve order-related questions
- Uphold our brand voice in every interaction: warm, respectful, and empowering
- Schedule 1-1 virtual consultations with customers to demo our products
- Are highly empathetic and naturally customer-focused
- Communicate clearly and kindly, even in difficult situations
- Are detail-oriented and organized (you don’t miss small but important details)
- Can juggle multiple conversations and priorities without feeling overwhelmed
- Are comfortable following systems, templates, and SOPs
- Have experience in customer support, retail, e-commerce, or hospitality
- Are dependable, proactive, and excited to be part of a growing team
- Experience with Shopify, Etsy, or e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools or inbox management systems
- Experience supporting DTC, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
- Comfort handling high-volume inboxes during peak seasons
